TV PARTY: THE DOCUMENTARY
TV Party was more than a new wave Tonight Show. It was modeled on Hugh Hefner's Playboy After Dark, a TV show in the format of a party. Every week hipsters tuned in to follow the antics of the TV Party gang and such guests as Iggy Pop, David Bowie, P-Funk's George Clinton, The Clash's Mick Jones, artist Chris Burden, James Chance, Kid Creole, Klaus Nomi, actor Robbie Coltrane, writer/actress Cookie Mueller, fashion guru Steven Meisel and catch performances from acts like Tuxedo Moon, the Brides of Funkenstein, Alex Chilton, Tuxedo Moon, Jeffrey Lee Pierce, Tav Falco, DNA and the Funky Four Plus One More.
After two decades as a cult rumor, the TV Party archives have been digitally resurrected and made available by Brink Films. Leading off the TV Party bandwagon is TV Party, the movie, which made its world premier at the 2005 Tribeca Film Festival.
The TV Party documentary was produced by Kai Eric and Danny Vinik ("Spun") and directed by Vinik. It mixes interviews with O'Brien, Harry, Stein, Steding, Poe, Brathwaite and company with hilarious footage from the show's four year run (1978-1982.) BrinkDVD is releasing a DVD series of the best episodes from this historically hilarious collision of TV, rock and roll and pop art. 4 episodes are available now!

Fuzz: The Sound That Revolutionized The World(CD)
Fuzz... the sound that changed the world. The fuzz box: that tiny little box between the electric guitar and the amp that revolutionized rock music...what on earth does it do? Clif Taylor explores this insane industry of noise making, a world populated by guitar slinging super heroes and garage dwelling electronic geeks all sharing the collective obsession of one day creating that perfect sonic wave of limitless distortion. It's a unique subculture of psychedelic noise freaks and vintage distortion connoisseurs, a world of gear oriented Internet chat rooms and completely anarchistic electronic product conventions. From the geeky backyard boutique engineers building prized and instantly collectable clones of terribly scarce vintage psychedelic circuits to professional Wah Wah men, the electronic gurus, capable of pitching that monster tone into a circuit bent chaos, Clif Taylor shows us all of it, all the while, on the hunt for his own perfect tone. Guitar Gods Billy Gibbons, Peter Frampton, Jon Spencer, J Mascis, Chris Ross of Wolfmother and other music legends weigh in on their favorite circuits. Where would Jimi Hendrix be without fuzz? Would the sixties psychedelic movement even exist sans fuzz box? This film answers all those questions and more. It is a must see for anyone interested in the nuts, bolts, solder, transistors and true history of rock.
Fear of Fiction
Sigrid Anderssen (Oscar Nominee Melissa Leo) is a hot young novelist who has a bad case of writer's block. To clear her mind she answers an ad in the newspaper placed by Red (True Blood's Sam Trammell), a man who is driving cross-country and needs a partner. Along the way, they pick up Red's identical twin brother Tom and three embark on a surreal journey, providing a new outlook on life for Sigrid and more writing material than she ever bargained for. Hear 60's garage music played by the mythic band "The Fabulous Failures" (Lee Ranaldo of Sonic Youth and Evan Lurie of the Lounge Lizards) lends a creepy narration to this tale of forgotten phantoms.

Hiding in a mysterious building named The Necropolitan, he continues his experiments. Silence Ca Tu!
A director disgusted by the film industry, decides to shoot a feature film made from live scenes without any financial support, all in order to denounce the film industry and to portray the difficulties of achieving a cinematographic project in Belgium. Gunheavey
Trailer
In a world where guns are more prevalent than people, and everyone left alive is a soldier for one army or another, every day is a new battle to be fought. Proving that inside the digital film making revolution, very impressive special effects don't need massive budgets, writer, director, editor, Angelo Lopes, expertly crafts this post-apocalyptic tale of a dystopian world gone terribly wrong.
After the collapse of civilization, a new world order is seemingly established by a fraternal group known as "The Founders". In the not so distant past, a secret robotic gun had been developed by the reviled Republican Commonwealth, who were desperate to take control of the world. But the weapon had a mind of its' own and they were unable to control it. And neither were The Founders. Now, a small group of Special Forces soldiers desert the Commonwealth and attempt to gain control of it. Rumors fly, but nobody knows for sure whether the deserters have succeeded in their quest. In an effort to gain more information, the Founders send an expendable group of conscripts to reconnoiter the area where this weapon is allegedly being kept.
